guitar scales 08: essential scales 2

This lesson looks at all the transpositional scales learnt in the previous lessons, but in another fingerboard position.

It is highly recommended that you are totally comfortable with the 1st position, and can use it to create lead guitar lines before moving on to the next position.

Only learn one new shape at a time. Start using it straight away to improvise with. Creating lines that move between the new position and the one you already know. This will open up new phrases and enhance your lead playing and creativity.
