Whilst the chords are basic major and minor chords, the arpeggiated picking is a bit harder, this is not a song for beginners. Practice the first bar slowly, until you can play it without mistakes. This will make learning the other bars much easier, because although the chords change the picking 'pattern' remains constant throughout.

If you don't have a capo, it doesn't matter. You will only need one to play along to the original recording.
